An aperitif based on Moa Rosé, made from grapes grown in the Mishor HaRuchot vineyard. This fortified, lightly sweetened Rosé is infused with desert flowers, hand-picked by the family and steeped in wine barrels. Best served over ice with a splash of tonic water.
