A single-vineyard 100% Malbec wine.
Made from a fine chosen parcel within the organic Sheizaf Vineyard, located in Mitzpe Ramon, at an average altitude of 800m.

The wine aged for about 6 months in a clay amphora. It has a deep, clear purple hue, fruity aromas and flavors, with a touch of clove and black pepper. It has full, well-balanced tannins.
