A 100% varietal Syrah. The grapes come from the Mishor HaRuchot vineyard in Mitzpe Ramon, at an average altitude of 800 meters. A wine with a deep purple hue, round and fruity body, and full tannins. Aged approximately 18 months in French oak barrels.
