The grapes come from the Mishor HaRuchot vineyard in Mitzpe Ramon, at an average altitude of 800 meters.
Aged 18 months, mostly in previously-used oak barrels. A light reddish wine with notes of red plum and a subtle green finish.
Medium-bodied with delicate tannins.
Best served chilled.

Moa Blanc

A refreshing white blend based on Chenin Blanc & Colombard with Semillon, Roussanne, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc.
The grapes come from the Mishor HaRuchot vineyards in Mitzpe Ramon, at an average altitude of 800 meters.
The wine underwent a slow, cold fermentation on its fine lees.
A refreshing wine with minerality and gentle acidity characteristic of the desert terroir.

Rosé

The grapes are harvested at sunset and pressed quickly, with only brief skin contact — giving the wine its pale pink color and vibrant fruitiness.

Desert Star – Aperitif

Malbec Amphora

A single-vineyard 100% Malbec wine.
Made from a fine chosen parcel within the organic Sheizaf Vineyard, located in Mitzpe Ramon, at an average altitude of 800m.

The wine aged for about 6 months in a clay amphora. It has a deep, clear purple hue, fruity aromas and flavors, with a touch of clove and black pepper. It has full, well-balanced tannins.

Chenin Blanc Reserve

Best of harvest Chenin Blanc from the organic Sheizaf Vineyard in Mishor Ha’Ruchot of the Ramon Mountain region.

The wine fermented and aged on its lees for about six months in French oak barrels. It will continue to develop in the bottle in the years to come.

A wine with aromas of green fruit, with a touch of lychee and white cherry. It has a caressing finish of delicate butteriness and a lingering acidity.
