Instructions for Using the Site and Existing Accessibility Aids

An accessibility plugin has been implemented on this site in order to improve its accessibility for people with disabilities.

Using the accessibility plugin:

Upon entering the page, pressing the TAB key allows the user to skip directly to the site’s content area. Pressing TAB again opens the accessibility plugin settings.

Further presses of the TAB key allow the user to navigate between the following accessibility tools, and to activate them using the Enter key:

Staff Service Training

Our staff undergo training on how to provide accessible customer service.

Accessibility of the Winery

Access to the entrance door: a comfortable, wheelchair-accessible route from the street or from accessible parking spaces to the entrance door.

Accessible restrooms are available.

We honor priority/no-queue accommodations for those entitled to them, as required by accessibility regulations.

Entry with a service animal: service animals are permitted in all of our stores.
