Top selected Chardonnay from the organic Sheizaf Vineyard in the Mishor Ha’Ruchot of the ramon mountain region.

The wine fermented and aged on its lees for about six months in French oak barrels. It will continue to develop in the bottle in the years to come.

A full-bodied wine with buttery notes, vanilla and nutmeg, hints of pale peach and pear. It has delicate minerality and refreshing acidity.
