]]> A desert Rosé made from a blend of Marselan, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and a touch of Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Sourced from the Mishor HaRuchot vineyard in Mitzpe Ramon, at an average altitude of 800 meters.
A fruity, refreshing wine, with notes of strawberry and a soft, gentle acidity.
The grapes are harvested at sunset and pressed quickly, with only brief skin contact — giving the wine its pale pink color and vibrant fruitiness.
